Proxies are assigned automatically the moment your payment is confirmed. You will find them under "My Proxies" in your dashboard within seconds.
ISP and datacenter plans give you dedicated, non-rotating IPs — ISP proxies look residential, datacenter proxies are the fastest and cheapest. Residential and rotating plans are billed by bandwidth and automatically rotate IPs to distribute traffic.
Yes, you can purchase an additional plan or a larger one at any time from the "Buy / Upgrade" section of your dashboard. Your existing proxies stay active until they expire.
Your assigned proxies are automatically released a moment after expiry. You will get an email reminder a few days before so you can renew without interruption.
Yes, see our Refund Policy for the full terms. Unused plans within the eligibility window qualify for a refund via your original payment method.
Each proxy comes with an IP:port pair plus a username/password. You can copy credentials directly from the dashboard or export your full list as .txt or .csv.
Top up your wallet from the "Wallet" page in your dashboard using any of the preset amounts or a custom one. Once you have enough balance, the checkout page for any plan offers a "Pay with Balance" option alongside card payment.
API keys let you pull your assigned proxy list programmatically. Generate one from "API Access" in your dashboard, and keep it secret — anyone with the key can read your proxies.
Authorized IPs is a personal record of which IP addresses you use with your proxies — it's for your own reference and account records, and does not restrict access. You can add your current IP with one click from the "Authorized IPs" page.
Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page to set one at any time, or go to Account Settings once signed in — the "Update Password" section will let you set a password directly since you don't have one yet.
Once approved, you get a personal referral link. Anyone who signs up through it and makes a paid purchase within 30 days earns you a commission, visible on the "Affiliate Program" page in your dashboard. Apply from the Affiliates page.
Card payments are processed securely through Stripe at checkout — we never store your card details. You can also pay from your wallet balance after topping it up.
