Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the Proxy Bag network. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

1. Prohibited activity

• Any activity that is illegal in the jurisdiction of the target or the account holder
• Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or network abuse
• Credential stuffing, account takeover attempts, or unauthorized access to third-party systems
• Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
• Circumventing rate limits or terms of service of a target website in a way that causes harm to that service's availability

2. Reporting abuse

If you believe traffic from our network has been used to violate this policy against you, contact us with relevant logs and we will investigate promptly.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend proxy access immediately upon detecting activity that violates this AUP, pending investigation.
