Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Proxy Bag (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Use of proxies

Proxies purchased through the Service are provisioned for your exclusive use for the duration of your plan. Reselling, sharing, or reverse-proxying access to third parties without written permission is prohibited.

3. Payment and renewal

Plans are billed in advance for the stated duration. Access to assigned proxies ends automatically at plan expiry unless renewed before that date.

4. Service availability

We target 99.9% network uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice, at our discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxy Bag is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
